  8. In about June or July 1989, I had an appointment with a neurologist at Bowman
  9. Gray in the neurology dept. with a doctor William McKinney. (3421 Pennington
  10. Lane). I had an EEG done, and a CAT scan. The reason is because I have had a
  11. strange visual disturbance since I was 17 in 1979. It's like living inside a
  12. mild, low-dose LSD trip for more than a decade, unceasing. The scan was normal
  13. but the EEG turned up a Petit Mal Epilepsy in the temporal lobes. Well, that
  14. was no news to me, I've had it all my life.

  16. I used to take Dilantin and Ritalin under the late Dr. Huber in Elgin, IL
  17. during the late 1960s and early 1970s, as a child. In 1973 the woman who has
  18. always claimed to be my mother, Faye Alice Stahl (formerly Bailey and Garver)
  19. discontinued mt medicines in direct defiance of Dr. Huber's orders. He never
  20. found out, I was too scared to tell on her. I was supposed to take it until I
  21. emerged from adolescence at about 17 or 18 years old. She forced me to stop or
  22. else. My birth day is 11-03-62, I turn 31 this year.

  24. Well, toward summer 1989 I began telling my dad about my visual disturbance
  25. for the umpteen billionth time, and managed to cajole him into setting this
  26. appointment since I had no hope of paying. He promised to pay it for me. So I
  27. went ahead and did it.

  29. In his office, Dr. McKinney told me the CAT scan was negative (whew) but he
  30. also told me that the EEG turned up Petit Mal Epilepsy in the temporal lobes.
  31. This is why, he said, I sometimes black out for 5 to 10 seconds, and then
  32. suffer memory loss and false memories for up to 10 hours thereafter. This
  33. condition has always kept me from reaching my full potential, and it's very
  34. painful trying to sort every thing out. It also causes migraine headaches; and
  35. I do get a bad one about once a week. He said that Dilantin would definitely
  36. help, and then promptly refused to prescribe it! He wouldn't tell me why. My
  37. dad, Richard Bailey (3200 Paddington, 314-32-2032) was elated, because he
  38. can't stand me for some reason. But then he likes very few people at all. Dr.
  39. McKinney made me visit some woman named Pam Miller at the job rehabilitation
  40. center. I was to get a job, stop fussing, and shut my mouth about the visual
  41. disturbance and everything else associated with the epilepsy that ails me. My
  42. dad then forced me to go to the Forsyth/Stokes mental health center and take a
  43. drug called a "major tranquilizer" (not meant for epilepsy, in fact they
  44. increase the frequency of seizures of people with epilepsy).

  46. Or else dad wouldn't help me buy food anymore and I would be on the street.

  48. When the bill arrived and I tried to give it to my dad, he suddenly went back
  49. on his word, and refused to pay it. So I paid a couple hundred dollars of it
  50. and then I ran out of money. It was over $1100.00. The remainder soon went on
  51. my credit record.

  53. In 1990 a doctor name Richard Sena at Forsyth/Stokes, without any knowledge of
  54. my epilepsy, diagnosed it. But he said that for some reason he couldn't
  55. legally prescribe Dilantin since he is only a psychiatrist, so he tried
  56. Tegretol. It didn't do a thing in 8 months, so he took me off it. I have been
  57. taking Trilafon since August 1989. I have been taking Anafranil since February
  58. 1991. They don't help. But I do it or else my dad will disown me, and I won't
  59. eat. There have been dozens of times when I have been between jobs and needed
  60. food, and called my dad and he has refused. I have had work about half the
  61. time between 1978 and now...is it not good enough? I don't have most peoples'
  62. normal advantage of a normal brain function. When I black out, I stay
  63. disoriented for up to 10 hours. It happens at least twice a week. My dad
  64. thinks I have such a high opinion of him; it's only because I do as he says. I
  65. have never told him I hate his guts. He doesn't know, and is too big-headed to
  66. figure out that people don't like his type. He's an egomaniac.

  68. Dr. Sena also said that the reason I have such a visual problem is because of
  69. a growth of soft-keratin-like substance on the surface of my eyes. But only an
  70. opthamologist can fix that. Well I saw 2 opthamologists in 1989 who wouldn't
  71. help me because they thought a neurologist would be best; Dr. Digby and Dr.
  72. Arnold Schwartz. When I saw them I knew darn good and well I had a lens
  73. growth on my eyes; it's plainly visible. But they claimed not to have even
  74. heard of this common phenomenon, even once. So, I went to the neurologist. Lot
  75. of f_____g good that did..............

  77. Dr. McKinney and my dad are lucky; if I had just been a little less afraid of
  78. the possible consequences, I would have had them arrested.

  80. That's how "good" an opinion I have of them.... hope they rot in Hell forever.

  82. That's not it, um, I'm not done yet...um, I -still- need Dilantin, and to have
  83. my eyes looked at by an honest opthamologist. Hopefully someone will help me.

  85. The world is full of little boys and girls who think they're such badasses,
  86. but the level of angry I am right now can only be matched or exceeded by the
  87. Lord when angry. No-one had ever better pull this shit with me again, or I
  88. will bust them up good (unless I think of having them arrested first).

  92. My girlfriend, Ruth Venable, also seems to have some problem; in Fall 1991 she
  93. began to suffer idiopathic panic attacks. The doctors gave her Xanax which she
  94. is now off of, and Imipramine, which she still takes. In the meantime she has
  95. had to move back in with her parents on Foxwood lane. They are in the process
  96. now of pressuring her to get back on her own and get out. This is premature.
  97. What the hell do people like this think is going on in this world ???? I don't
  98. like them at all, not one bit. I think they don't know this, because I act
  99. like I like them, for Ruth's sake. It's wierd how people will go right ahead
  100. and assume you like them since they haven't heard otherwise, and it doesn't
  101. matter how they treat people....  they don't put 2 and 2 together....duh

  103. Ruth and I have almost no money, just love for each other and a lot of
  104. determination....

  106. I'm a shareware author and have put many good programs to the wind in the last
  107. couple of months, but still no registrations....  She's a banking specialist.
  108. Right now I have a total of 2 small boxes of macaroni and cheese, one of which
  109. I am now cooking.......that is all the food I have.
